Does any anyone know how long the weight watchers diet takes to lose 80-100 pounds?

I’m currently on this diet.

That depends on your calorie intake, your activity level (how many calories you burn), and your metabolism. You shouldn’t attempt to lose more than 3 lbs/wk (or weight re-gain later becomes a high probability).

At 3 lbs/wk it would take you 27 wks (or approx 7 months) to lose 80 lbs. That’s with a lot of diligence and hard work (exercise), as a 3 lb/wk loss is not easy to maintain week after week. Chances are higher, you won’t lose the same amount every week.
