If you have put on some weight and have to go on a diet you must consume fewer calories than you burn. If not the fat storage at the fat dumps under your skin will gradually start to grow.

Belly fat is usually a problem area for men. Women struggling with fat on waist, hips and thighs and the underside of their arms. Even if you go on a diet, it is not enough to get the natural body form back. You should combine your diet with workout such as weight training and running.

An active body is burning more calories than an inert body. When you workout your body begins to build muscle mass. The muscle mass will boost the body’s calorie burning. An additional advantage by combining a diet with workout is that the body will be firmer and you will get the felling that your body is more attractive. This of course provides motivation to be on a strict diet and continue the cure.

If the Diets goal was less fat on the stomach, but after several months, there are still some fat it is difficult to maintain the motivation to continue the diet. The solution is organizing the workout sessions and exercises after where the fat is on the body.

In this article the focus is on Density training, Dynamic training and Lactic acid training. Density, Dynamic and Lactic acid training focus on fat burning at the female places, stomach, love handles and lower back area.

Density Training. Estrogens are the female sex hormone and it’s responsible for Storage fat on our bodies. In connection to a diet estrogens are bad and reverse the hormone testosterone is good. The hormone testosterone helps the body to lose estrogens related fat.

To produce more testosterone you can use the workout techniques in Density training. Density training is regular workout where the focus is on the time interval. In a workout sessions there are two ways to workout. One way is to perform the regular workout in less time and another way is to perform more workouts in the same time interval as the regular workout session.

An example, one hour workout and 10 exercises are regular. Instead the Density training is use. The first way is 10 exercises in 45 minutes and the second way is 13 exercises in one hour.

Dynamic Training. Insulin affects the amount of fat at the love handles and lower back area. If the problem is at these places you can use the workout techniques in Dynamic training.

Lactic Acid Training. Cortisol is responsible for fat on the belly. In connection to a diet Cortisol is bad and reverse Growth hormone is good. Growth hormone affects fat loss and muscle gain. The more Growth hormones your body produce the more rapidly the fat loss and muscle gain will be.

To produce more Growth hormones you can use the workout techniques in Lactic acid training. Lactic acid training is regular workout where the focus is on how the exercises are carried out. Drop the weights down fast and lift the weights up slowly. Regular exercises carried out reverse. An example of Lactic acid training is the exercise Squat. I assume the exercise is known. First Drop down fast and then lift the weight up slowly. Slowly is 4 – 6 second.

This exercise method will creates lactic acid in the body and send the growth hormones into an overdrive. If you are using the Lactic acid training it’s recommended to use lighter weights.
