    Can I use atkins shakes while on pahse1 on South Beach Diet?
    I’m about to start the South Beach Diet and my friend gave me some low carb atkins shakes, can I use them if I’m doing South Beach Phase 1? I really don’t know much about the South beach diet so if anyone can give me some helpfull tips I would really appreciate it. Thanx

      you should research the diet more thoroughly; i don’t believe you can because there are restrictions on sweeteners and types of protein.

    I could not keep paying for SBD so I had to quit. I am on phase 2 again after quiting the first time around and have been drinking a shake every morning. Will someone please tell me if I am preparing it correctly.

    1 medium banana
    1 cup skim milk
    3 tablespoons plain yogurt
    1/4 cup strawberries(frozen)
    1 tablespoon of psyllium fiber
    3 large ice cubes

    Is this sufficient or should I cut something out in order to lose weight?

    I also have a huge jar of Chocolate Protein shake mix which is low carb would it be beneficial to add this too?
