Phentermine/Adipex, have you experienced mood changes?
I just recently started taking Phentermine which is the generic brand for the dprescribed diet pill Adipex. I started taking it in early June. Now, I did go to a clinic that gave them to me and they legall werent suppose to becuase im 5’2 and I weighed about 125 pre pills (my bmi was like maybe a 23.) But now that I have been on them for a good amount of time I have found that my extreme mood swings (which I thought was just a side effect) that I starting getting once I got on the pill are still here and are flying more than ever. Usually (off the pill) if I feel like Im about to become extremely angry I can control it and not lash out, but sense I found I have been on these pills I cant control any emotion at all, sometimes, they make me feel as if Im crazy! I feel paranoid, anxious, nervous, extremely fragile…and then 2 seconds later I become a major bitch. Uusally I am extremely bubbly and happy but now I just find Im always in this bad mood or I feel like sometimes I just stare off and am in like my own world!!!!! Whats going on? Have you ever experienced this? MY mom claims I shouldnt be on the pill that its to strong, but there suppose to be strong, I payed big money for these suckers!

i am fixing to be taking the diet pill Adipex……anyone who has or is currently taking this medication, I would like to hear about your results and/or any side effects. Also, I am afraid that if I lose the weight too fast that my skin will not have time to tone and I will be left with a bunch of flabby skin like you see happening sometimes with gastric bypass surgery. I plan on exercising to decrease the chance of this happening. Has this happened to anyone and what are some good toning exercises that I can do at home without going to a gym.
